Individual Instruction
With 15 years teaching experience in music, songwriting, and theatre arts, Jennie helps each student fuel their creativity with a strong back bone of technique, providing a language of music perfect for any genre.
Under her guidance her students have participated in MSVMA Honors Choir and Solo and Ensemble; Blue Lake International Choral Ensemble; won vocal scholarships from Lake Orion School District, as well as awards in local songwriting competitions.
She currently teaches at Orion Music Studio, a full service lesson facility in Lake Orion, Michigan; and co-founded the Detroit Music Teachers Collective, offering private lessons in the heart of Detroit at The Commons Community Center in Midtown.

Workshops & Group Vocal Work
With a focus on harmony, Jennie has traveled the US and Europe educating groups on traditional North American vocal styles.
Jennie also works with musical groups, guiding bands to tune up harmonies and sing without strain, while staying true to their unique sound. Her detailed instruction focused on improved tone, voice to voice and voice to instrument relationships, develops an all around tighter sound ready for the studio.
